Richard has a background in mechanical engineering and a talent for designing and developing projects which are innovative & successful.

During his time at RACAL, he was tasked with maximising M&A and Stockholder Value returns on various large disposals. More recently being part of the MBO team that bought Intoware Limited out of its Nasdaq Listed parent, the Kopin Corporation. After that Marcus was appointed Programme Director in a UK Software and Proptech company. With his strong leadership experience both in the UK and internationally, Marcus leads JER’s strategic development.

He began his legal career as an Associate Lawyer with Consulta Juris (a leading law firm in India), primarily practicing in the High Court of Kerala and trial Courts of Kerala, India. A Law graduate from University of Kerala, India, Mr. Menon completed his Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Economic Law from University of Warwick, UK. There after conducted PhD research for three years on ‘Study on Legal Issues relating to Financing of Space Sector Projects’ at the Institute of Space and Telecommunication Law (IDEST), University of Paris XI, France. Mr. Menon has been actively involved in space sector related activities.
